The team came together with other colleagues in 2009 to begin researching options for virtual work. We called our virtual exploration “jams” after the improv sessions of jazz musicians. We would get online and play with various virtual platforms, learning what worked and what didn't. Professionally we are all master facilitators and trainers in the Technology of Participation (ToP)®. In addition, we each have different strengths and client experiences which we combine to bring you our very best. The Virtual Facilitation Collaborative (VFC) has 121 collective years of facilitation and training experience to serve your needs. With our shared knowledge and our diverse perspectives, you can count on exquisite deliverables.

Given our expertise, from any one of us you can expect the following:

  • Highest quality facilitation and facilitation training services face-to-face & virtually
  • Local, national, and international facilitation experience
  • Sensitivity within non-profit, government, and private sectors, including healthcare, education, Tribal, faith-based, and multi-sector coalitions
